MPHO NCHABELENG

Research Assistant

Mpho is currently a Research Assistant at Sam Tambani Research Institute (SATRI). Before joining SATRI in June 2017, she worked as a trainee for a year at the National Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Her career aspirations are mainly on community development and transformation. She holds a Bcom. Hons in Development Studies from the University of Limpopo. She aspires to continue with her studies by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Development Studies.

DAPHEY LIVHALANI

Research Assistant

Daphney joined SATRI in 2016 as a Research Intern and was appointed as a Research Assistant in 2017. She holds BSc degree in Geography obtained at the University of Free State. She is currently doing Bsc (Hons) in Energy Studies with university of Johannesburg.

SHARON MOHLALA

Research Assistant

Sharon Mohlala is a graduate from the University of the Free State. She holds a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology and is currently finalising her honours degree in applied psychology with UNISA. Sharon was part of an internship program at the Steve Biko and Tshwane hospitals in 2017. Over and above, she has conducted research for academic purposes during her years of studying and has developed a desire to go deeper in the field. Ms Mohlala aspires to pursue a Master’s degree. Sharon joined Sam Tambani Research Institute in 2018 as a research assistant.

MAGERA KATANGANA

Research Intern

Magera is a research intern at Sam Tambani Research Institute (SATRI). Before joining SATRI in April 2018, he worked as a digital strategist for a year and six months in a public relations and communications agency. His career aspirations are mainly on 4th industrial revolution and digital communications. Magera holds a National Diploma in PR and Communications from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) and currently studying a B-tech in Business Administration at UJ, which he will complete in 2018
